(1) What is the first step:

We begin with a consultation to determine your special needs and the expected outcomes. This may be face to face, on the phone or on Skye. We discuss all your options before setting a firm appointment. After determining the extent of work due to the size of the project, location, number of visits, start to finish time for the project, then an evaluation will be given in a written document.

(2) What can I expect from an evaluation:

We review plans, photos, on site visit with client, be it an existing development, renovation or new development beginning, even with the choice of land site. All projects are individual and each assessment varies with our specific recommendations on how to proceed to maximize the intended potential. We have years of extensive experience in building construction, renovations and extensions.

(3) What can I expect from a written report:

A very detailed account of all recommendations, external and internal layout, all necessary changes to architectural plans, landscape design, placement of water features, the time for ground breaking ceremony and the list can be lengthy, overall a very in-dept report, which we clarify face to face with our clients, over a number of hours. Site or return visits vary according to the size and time of the project.

(4) How will a consultation affect my business:

Success is always relative to the recommendations being completed 100%. Although a recent visit to a client for an annual up-date revealed the outcomes were as expected but a couple of recommendations were still pending. (7) Do you offer workshops and corporate seminars:

Absolutely. Educational workshops are 1 to 2 full days, presentations range from, public libraries, clubs such as Rotary, Real Estate companies and Corporate presentations. Our aim is to educate just how powerful these methods are, in developing and advancing businesses. We develop a balanced working relationship of a home or businesses with the most powerful energy force on this planet, "their surrounding environment"

(8) If I am looking to buy a new home or building, do you offer a service to advise me on a suitable choice:

Yes. We often advise clients before buying, renting, before signing a lease on a building and on a continual lease. Everyday we notice buildings and developments fade away or expand. One day you have a great view the next you are staring into a wall. When your surrounding environment changes so does the influences that impact on you, as a liability or as an asset.
